Parsnip & truffle soup with nutmeg cream (v)

 

Crispy pork belly with grilled black pudding, poached pear and celeriac puree

 

Seasoned deep fried squid with a smoked paprika aioli

 

Grilled polenta with a poached duck egg, strouting broccli and hollandaise sauce (v)

 

Crisp `arancini` rice cakes filled wit picked crab, mozzarella & soft herb served with a petit apple and rocket salad

Thyme roast breast of Corn fed chicken with potato gnocchi, saute greens, garlic cream and sage crisps

 

Pan seared 8oz Sirloin steak with twice cooked duck fat chips, fried egg, bearnaise sauce and steak garni

 

Herb & pistachio crusted rack of Lamb served with a goats chees & potato gratin, salsa verde and a lemon and green vegetable salad

 

Tournedos of Salmon with crab beignet, muchroom & fennel risotto and tomato fondue

 

Clam and pancetta pappardelle with roast garlic & lemon butter, parsley and shaved parmesan

 

Roast beetroot and chive risotto with goats cheese and wild rocket (v)
