Christmas Party Lunches and Evening bookings are now being taken for dates from the 27th November onwards.

Christmas Lunch and Dinner are both 3 Courses.

Christmas Party Lunch

Start

Warm Smoked mackerel served on celeriac and mooli coleslaw, with a spiced black rice vinegar reduction.


Thick winter vegetable and lentil broth Served with chunky croutons and granary bread


Chicken liver and tarragon parfait with warm crusty bread and plum compote.


Main

Roasted breast of turkey Served with pigs in blankets, chestnut, apple and sage stuffing, and pan gravy.


Grilled Seabass fillets served with a watercress and chestnut cream


Smoked cheddar and roasted pepper aubergine roulade with a romesco sauce. (v)


Beef braised with onion, mushroom, and bay leaf, finished with a red wine jus.


All main courses are served with fresh seasonal vegetables and buttered new potatoes.

Traditional Christmas pudding served with a brandy laced cream


Cranberry Eton mess. Slowly stewed Sweet cranberry and meringue chunks bound together with a cinnamon whipped cream (Evening only)


Rich toffee and apple crumble finished with piping hot custard


Mince pie cheese cake and a dollop of rum Chantilly cream


Lemon tart, refreshing mango sorbet and mint raspberry coulis

£10.00 per head non refundable deposit is payable on all Christmas bookings with the balance due on the evening.
